According to the latest available data Python is the most popular language in the world. In fact, this programming language has a data equal to. 31.02% of the searches on google. It follows behind Python Java with 16.38% and JavaScript with 8.41%. Python is growing compared to September by +2.2% total. Java instead in the same period lost -2.8%. Among the top 10 programming languages there are also C#, PHP, C/C++, R. Closes the top 10 of October Objective-C with 3.48%, Swift and TypeScript with 1.9%.
The evolution of Python, Java and others over time
In the first years taken as reference, 2004 and 2015, Python was not yet in first place, on the contrary! Java was in first place, in 2004, with over 30%.
